Welcome to Blue Hill Pastures, a family-owned beef farm nestled in the heart of beautiful central New York.  We take pride in raising high-quality beef, nurtured on lush pastures and finished with grain for that extra burst of flavor. 

​Our love for agriculture and animals runs deep. The farm once belonged to Brianna's great-grandparents, though it was never a working farm in her lifetime. We are proud to see if thriving and full of life again. Bob and Josh are brothers raised as dairy farmers. Bob thrives in the fields, while Josh dedicates his heart to caring for our beloved cows and calves. Together, we create a harmonious blend of hard work and compassion, making our farm a special place for both livestock and family.
